About exchange/return


About return method:

  • Please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of the product in the case of shipping error, damage or breakage of the product.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or soiled.
  • We will bear the return shipping fee for the product (we cannot accept returns or exchanges after partial consumption or use of the product).
  • In principle, we do not accept cancellations after an application has been received (except when cancellation is possible due to the cooling-off period).
  • However, we may accept cancellations only if we determine that it is due to unavoidable circumstances before the product you have applied for is shipped.
  • In that case, please note that the refund fee prescribed by us will be borne by the customer.

* As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.


Service and product delivery times:

After confirming the order, the product will be shipped within 1 to 3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Regular holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
