HOW TO USE

Light the end of the stick until a flame catches, then blow it out. The embers will smolder slowly, producing fragrance and smoke.

Incense has healing and calming effects, helps relax and relieve stress, balances vitality and purifies, and the scent, fire and smoke can remove evil spirits and negativity from a space.

It will be more effective if you use it with awareness.

•After lighting the tip of the incense, be sure to extinguish the flame and let the smoke dissipate.
•When burning incense, make sure to use an incense holder made of heat-resistant, non-flammable material. As ashes may spill around, please use a large non-flammable dish under the incense holder to catch the ashes.
Even if the smoke has disappeared, there may still be embers remaining. Always check that the fire is completely out after use.
