About exchange / return
About return method:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or soiled.
- If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- A member of staff will contact you shortly.
- Please do not throw away the product, contact us.
- Please note that we cannot respond if there are no remaining products or if the product has been used.
- We will cover the cost of returning the product. (We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been partially consumed or used.)
- As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been accepted (except in cases where cancellation is possible due to the cooling-off period).
- We may accept cancellations before the ordered items are shipped, but only if we determine that the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, please note that you will be responsible for the refund fee specified by our company.
* The cooling-off period stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, etc. does not apply to purchases made through shopping sites.
Service and product delivery time:
After confirming your order, we will ship your item within 1-3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays.
